Site work has begun on a Petro-Can development in Red Deer County’s Gasoline Alley. The project is expected to include a 10-pump gas bar and a 4,000-square-foot gas station building with an adjoining liquor store. A nine-lease strip mall is also planned along with a 5,600-square-foot restaurant with an outdoor patio at the site on the corner of Lantern Street and Leva Avenue.
