Olymel employees Don Brookbank and Lisa Al-Hoffmann work to set up their company’s booth at Westerner Park for Alberta Pork Congress, which runs Wednesday and Thursday in Red Deer.

Now in its 38th year, the event is the largest pork industry trade show in Western Canada.

Hours are 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. today and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday, with an awards banquet this evening and a barbecue Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m.
