A framer with LTC Construction prepares lumber for framing outside a commercial building being developed on the southwest corner of Taylor Drive and 45th Street. The CAPP Investments Ltd. project consists of a two-storey, 21,000-square-foot building that will consist of professional office and retail space. The general contractor is Timcon Construction Ltd.
