Sheraton pool construction

Workers demolish the outdoor swimming pool at the Sheraton Red Deer Hotel, with the resulting debris being removed with the help of a 100-ton crane from PCL Construction. “Everything has to be lifted out of the pool area because it’s surrounded by buildings,” explained Gil Vallee, general manager of the hotel. An enclosed pool will be developed in the same space, with that project expected to be completed by year end.
