A Phoenix Construction worker makes his way over the roof of what will the new home of the SPCA in Red Deer on Monday. The 12,300-square-foot building which will be home to the SPCA’s new Animal Welfare and Humane Education Centre is located just west of the current location at 4505 77th St. The new building is to open late this year.
