Red Deer’s municipal planning commission has approved the subdivision of three lots in the Burnt Lake Industrial area.

Red Deer’s municipal planning commission has approved the subdivision of three lots in the Burnt Lake Industrial area.

The lots are between Burnt Park Drive and Hwy 2 and are each close to two hectares in size.

The lands are within the recently-annexed industrial lands west of Hwy 2 and they are currently being graded and cleared of vegetation.

A deferred services agreement will be entered into with the City of Red Deer for the provision of services, such as water and sewer, at a later date.
