Norwich Blight/Code Enforcement Officer Ed Martin climbs through a pile of tires dumped on Norwich City property behind the Dairy Queen on Route 12 in the Taftville section of Norwich, looking for a company name so he can track where the tires originated on May 4, 2011. Martin thinks probably a business hired someone to remove the tires and then they were just dumped. Martin said there are approximately 2,500 tires that were dumped Monday night.
