Toys ”R” Us wants to prolong the joys of summer and fight any back-to-school blues by celebrating Geoffrey the Giraffe’s birthday.
The Canadian owned and operated company will have a month-long celebration that offers more than 600 in-store events and the brand’s largest contest in recent history with prizes valued at more than $100,000.
The prizes include one Dodge 2019 Grand Caravan SXT, three family vacations, three themed birthday parties and 45 shopping sprees.
In-store festivities kick off Sept. 7, where customers can expect balloons, giveaways and cookies.
Similar events will be held every Saturday and Sunday in September at all 83 Toys ”R” Us stores, each co-hosted by leading toy and baby manufacturers who have joined forces with Toys ”R” Us to package events like the LOL Unboxing Day & Dance Party, Beyblade tournaments and a Barbie accessory design event.
