LAS VEGAS — 20th Century Fox Chairman and CEO Stacey Snider says Disney’s deal to purchase Fox will have lasting implications for the movie business.
Speaking to theatre owners and exhibitors Thursday at the CinemaCon convention in Las Vegas, Snider said she knows no more than them about the details of the potential transaction.
Fox also gave a sneak peek at the upcoming Freddie Mercury biopic “Bohemian Rhapsody” starring Rami Malek as the late rock star. Malek says his performance has already gotten a stamp of approval from Queen guitarist Brian May.
