The Jim Brenan Quartet will bring some groovy jazz sounds to Red Deer this week.
The quartet promises to get the Fratters Speakeasy crowd swinging on Thursday.
Saxophonist Jim Brenan established himself as a top-notch performer and educator on the North American jazz circuit.
The former jazz studies co-ordinator at the University of Auckland in New Zealand now chairs the music department at Calgary’s Mount Royal University, and performs with his quartet all over the province.
