Some 48 performers have been chosen to show their stuff in the semifinals of Red Deer’s Got Talent 2010 on Saturday.
Performers will take to the stage at the Red Deer Memorial Centre Main Stage at 1 p.m. Doors open to the public at 12:30 p.m.
Contestants were chosen from 200 performers who entered the contest organized by the non-profit Red Deer’s Got Talent Society. All of the proceeds go to Kidney Foundation of Canada Red Deer District.
The finals are set for March 7. Cash prizes will be awarded to first, second and third places.
Tickets for the semifinals cost $12.50 for adults, $8 for students and $3 for children.
