2004 Canadian Idol runner-up Theresa Sokyrka took to the stage at the Matchbox Theatre in Red Deer on Wednesday performing a solo show for about 30 people. Now living in Montreal, the former Red Deer College music student played many of her new songs she has yet to record. The show at the Matchbox was put together on short notice when the event organizer learned on Sunday that Sokyrka would be travelling through Red Deer this week.
