The Erskine Curling Club was a hive of activity on Oct. 5.
Around 250 people were at the club for another Real Canadian Wrestling event.
The event featured six matches, as well as a concession and a 50/50 supporting the Stettler Town and Country Museum.
Before the event started at 7 p.m., a number of wrestlers manned the merch table and met with fans, young and old alike.
Shortly after 7 p.m., once everyone had snacks and had taken their seats, it was time to rumble.
The first match featured wrestler KB6 against wrestlers Ghina and Dalton Rogue.
It seemed a few times that Ghina and Dalton Rogue had KB6 both figuratively and literally on the ropes, but in the end he came back defeating the pair.
The second bout of the evening featured wrestlers Ava Lawless and Dean Richtor.
In this bout, Lawless was also defending her Real Canadian Wrestling Championship title.
While Richtor got a few hits in early and nearly pinned lawless a couple of times, Lawless was able to use her agility to come back and pin Richtor.
The third match had wrestlers Mo Jabari squaring off against Harlon Abbot in the ring.
In what one audience goer described as "The best match I've ever seen," some of the VIP audience got a close up view of the match when Jabari flipped Abbot onto their table.
After some back-and-forth, the table ended up breaking in half.
Once the match ultimately made its way back to the ring, Jabari ultimately won the bout via submission.
After the third match, an intermission was held, and during this time, a member of the legendary wrestling Hart family entered the ring.
Earlier in the evening it had been announced that Teddy had been signed by Real Canadian Wrestling and the Erskine bout, the main event of the evening, would be his first first match in nearly three years.
"The atmosphere in here is electric," said Hart, to a room full of cheers.
After the intermission, "Nasty" Nate Nixon and Machete squared off. Despite both wrestlers getting some good moves in, Nixon ultimately defeated Machete to retain the Real Canadian Wrestling Hardcore title.
The fifth match of the night was a tag team with wrestlers Radz facing off against the Gas City Grapplers.
In a closely contested match, Radz defeated the Grapplers to retain the Real Canadian Wrestling international tag-team title.
Finally, it was time for the main event, where Teddy Hart returned to the ring for the first time in three years when he was matched against Othias Jones.
Jones was introduced as someone who had gone through the Real Canadian Wrestling development program, and taught by the Harts.
Jones also moved in quickly, striking Hart before the bell, leaving Teddy fighting from behind for the entire bout.
Again, people got an up-close show when the duo left the ring and into the general seating area, scattering chairs.
After a match lasting around 20 minutes, Hart eventually pulled off a victory.
Another Real Canadian Wrestling match is scheduled to take place in Erskine in April 2025.
