Buses are empty!

I just cannot believe what I see daily! Seven days a week! City buses going around all hours of the day/night. With little to no people on board. Then, to take matters into the extreme, two buses together. Yes, one following the other, both empty!

I just cannot believe what I see daily! Seven days a week! City buses going around all hours of the day/night. With little to no people on board. Then, to take matters into the extreme, two buses together. Yes, one following the other, both empty!

During day times, two buses following each other to pick up kids for school. Great idea, one is empty until the other fills up. Can you not figure out where the first bus fills up and the second bus is needed?

Recession! Apparently, not for our city. Our tax dollars are so misspent. It would be cheaper for the taxpayers of Red Deer to pay for a taxi for the very few people that ride the buses running around our city.

What cost is involved to run buses and their drivers around the city late into the evening?

Yes, city buses running on empty! Could the people running our city not see the blatant misuse of tax dollars! Stop it! Take a look at the amount of dollars given by the citizens of this city without choice, and the way in which it is spent! Take a good look!

This and so many other misspent dollars at work in this city is sickening. Fed up, yes I am, and I really hope that others in this community speak up, so something can change for the better!

Are your tired of seeing our taxes spent in foolish ways? Speak up!
