City’s plan to move beavers is short-sighted

Thanks for your balanced July 17 article . . . when beavers go bad (except I didn’t like the title much as the beavers did not go “bad”).

I am disappointed in the city’s short-sighted plan to relocate the beavers. Having wild life in the river valley is such an amazing asset to our community and this type of action is unwarranted.

People with pets should be expected (or required) to prevent their pets from harassing wildlife.
