Great memories of minor hockey

After 20 years in minor hockey, this is my last. How sad. I will truly miss every second, every parent, every player, and every single thing about minor hockey.

After 20 years in minor hockey, this is my last. How sad.

I will truly miss every second, every parent, every player, and every single thing about minor hockey.

But the memories and the people I have met, I will carry with me for many years to come and every one brings a fond memory and smiles and that warm, fuzzy feeling to my heart and I thank you all.

To Mike Touchette and Steve Podanuk: thank you for your huge time commitment and your loyalty to our team.

Your compassion and understanding has taken this team a very long way and that takes talent boys. I can only hope your memories are as fond as mine.

Keep on coaching boys and never lose your passion.

To the parents: what a fantastic job you have done. Your children are fantastic too.

What more can I say? Thanks for the memories.

Martin and Gwen: no words can express how I feel about you two. Your huge hearts and compassion for the team gave me a ray of sunshine the whole year.

Thank you everyone for making my last year of hockey the most memorable with many great laughs. It was pure heaven.

Thank you to my boys, Derrick and Kyle for making me a hockey mom and for some great memories.

Parents remember: live, love and laugh.
