Great service from Action Bus

A recent injury caused me to enlist the services of the Action Bus. I was so impressed by the dispatchers and drivers alike during the two months I travelled to medical and other appointments.

A recent injury caused me to enlist the services of the Action Bus.

I was so impressed by the dispatchers and drivers alike during the two months I travelled to medical and other appointments.

Booking by time was efficient and always prompt arriving to pick me up and return home again.

Most of all, it was the pleasant, cheerful, helpful attitude of all of the many drivers.

During this time I watched as clients were picked up or dropped off along the way and observed drivers helping with groceries, holding an arm for someone as they boarded the bus and always with a cheerful good morning or afternoon.

Friendliness and caring for those needing assistance seemed to be just a couple of the qualities these professional drivers displayed.

Thank you to all the personnel for your outstanding service.
