If you know who smashed my window, please call the RCMP in Red Deer

I was one of many victims of vandalism with the recent rampage throughout Red Deer, waking up Tuesday morning to find the rear windshield of my car smashed.

I was one of many victims of vandalism with the recent rampage throughout Red Deer, waking up Tuesday morning to find the rear windshield of my car smashed.

I reported the damage to the police and was told that I was the 39th person to report similar damages and that this rampage has been linked to a couple of guys in a pickup truck with a hockey stick, randomly driving through streets in Johnstone Park, Rosedale and Lancaster to smash windows.

I am disgusted by this act and hope that someone will come forward with enough information to allow RCMP to follow through.

For the others who have had to deal with smashed windows I hope you are able to celebrate Christmas without too much of a financial strain due to this awful act.

I hope that the jerks who did this have had time to think about how they have affected the lives of others – and right before Christmas no less. Bah humbug to you and may karma catch up to you!
