Re. Red Deer couple feel like ‘prisoners’ as condo board refuses access ramp
I am appalled at the way Mr. and Mrs. Pipke are being treated. The condo board should be ashamed of themselves.
What ever happened to basic human rights? It’s disgraceful a condo board can arbitrarily decide about somebody’s quality of life and basic freedom.
I strongly urge the Pipkes to shout loud and long about this and make themselves heard.
