Thank you Audrey Jensen and Barb Tanner for showing me the light. It’s not that I’ve “overlooked” societal problems, it’s just that I have been so misguided in my beliefs and actions.
I’ve always believed in educating our youth with regards to respect for their bodies, respect for others, and respect for individual spirituality.
I’ve also supported educating and guiding our young with regards to developing and nurturing healthy relationships in all aspects of their life.
I thought that this would be a very good start in dealing with, and I quote Barb here, the “jump in crime, jails, marital break up, job losses, rape, AIDS, prostitution . . . due to nude dancing.”
I now know that healing the ills of our society is so much easier than I once thought.
We just need to stop nude dancing. Do I ever feel better.
