To MLAs Cal Dallas and Mary Anne Jablonski: I want to relay to you both that I do not support the proposed cutbacks in hours at Michener Hill Extendicare.
The staff is now all ready overwhelmed with the workload and these proposed cutbacks will only add to their stress level and therefore the seniors again are targeted!
I volunteer at the facilities once a week and see the situation first-hand. I am also a senior and the time is coming for me, too, to get more care.
So you see, not only am I fighting for them but also for my future.
