On numerous occasions lately we have read articles in your paper regarding Extendicare Michener Hill.
We feel strongly that another side of the story should also be presented. Carol’s mother has been a resident of the Michener Hill facility since it opened in September 2010. She has received excellent care. The staff has been wonderful, going beyond what could be expected of them on many occasions. They are pleasant, caring and efficient.
Mom, on numerous occasions, says how lucky she is to be in such a lovely facility. We cannot say how others on other wards are treated, but Carol’s mother is receiving wonderful care in one of the most up-to-date and modern facilities we have ever seen.
Our sincere thanks are extended to all the workers who are providing good care for our seniors at Extendicare Michener Hill.
