As Margaret Roolker watches, Pat Creurer tries on an Easter bonnet at the Kozy Korner Seniors Centre in Lacombe. Roolker, who owns Tulip Cottage Products, was a guest speaker at the Lacombe Christian Women’s Club monthly meeting on Tuesday evening where club members were given instructions on how to make their own Easter bonnets. The topic of conversation during the April meeting will be spring yards and purses. Elayne Goertzen, a physician’s wife and avid motorcyclist from Medicine Hat, will be the guest speaker.
