Cam Clark Ford will soon have more leg room in Olds.
The auto group is developing a new building at the former Olds High School north of Hwy 27. It will replace Cam Clark Ford’s existing dealership building at 5642 46th St.
“It’ll be significantly larger,” said Blake Clark, general manager of Cam Clark Ford Olds.
“Service is doubling in size, and the showroom is getting bigger.”
At 20,000 square feet, the new dealership building will also offer customers a “quick lane” that they can drive into for servicing.
“It’s a no-appointment-necessary service,” said Clark.
There will also be more space for parts and accessories, and access for the public should be improved, he said.
Construction is expected to wrap up this winter, with the dealership hopefully in its expanded premises early in the new year, said Clark.
In addition to Olds, the Cam Clark Ford Auto Group operates in Red Deer County just south of Red Deer, in Airdrie and in North Vancouver.
