Workers continue remove some of the old roofing material near the main entrance to the Capri Hotel and Convention Centre. The hotel is undergoing a multimillion-dollar renovation project that includes upgrades to all rooms and the addition of 24 more. The lobby, fitness facility and other areas are also receiving improvements, with the work phased so that the hotel can remain open throughout. Ultimately, the Capri — which is owned by Temple Real Estate Investment Trust — is slated to be rebranded as a Sheraton under the Starwood Hotels and Resorts umbrella.
