A Stuart Olson Dominion worker strains to release a foundation concrete form so a crane can lift it at the Central ALberta Cancer Centre construction site Tuesday. The $46-million facility on the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre’s west side will triple the size of the existing centre, adding treatment and examination rooms, outpatient clinics, a medical day unit, radiation therapy and a pharmacy.
