Workers with Graham Construction make changes to a portion of the south wall of Costco’s 130,200-square-foot premises in Gasoline Alley. Red Deer County’s municipal planning commission approved the project last July. Plans at that time called for a 4,500-square-foot liquor outlet, along with a six pump gas bar.
