Workers pour concrete for the foundation of a new medical clinic on the northwest corner of Gaetz Avenue and 34th Street Wednesday. The 7,700-square-foot building will include a walk-in clinic and pharmacy.
The location is the former site of a Turbo Gas station, which was demolished in 2004.
The land subsequently underwent remediation work for soil contamination.
The identity of the developer has not been released, with Cognidyn Engineering and Design applying for municipal approvals.
