Workers pour concrete for the foundation of a new medical clinic on the northwest corner of Gaetz Avenue and 34th Street Wednesday. The 7,700-square-foot building will include a walk-in clinic and pharmacy.

The location is the former site of a Turbo Gas station, which was demolished in 2004.

The land subsequently underwent remediation work for soil contamination.
