A dozen Central Alberta hotels were recognized recently for the quality of their housekeeping and maintenance.
The Alberta Hotel & Lodging Association presented 134 Housekeeping Awards last week during its Housekeeping Awards Gala in Jasper. Red Deer hotels among the recipients were Black Knight Inn, Capri Hotel and Conference Centre, Holiday Inn Express, Quality Inn North Hill and Ramada Inn & Suites. Also recognized with awards were Grandview Stage Resort, Holiday Inn Express and Super 8 in Rocky Mountain House; the Ramada Inn & Suites and Canalta Hotel in Stettler; the Best Western in Innisfail and Rest-Easy Motel in Three Hills.
Hotels and motels participating in the association’s approved accommodation program were eligible for nomination for the awards, with the winners selected on the basis of inspection results.
