Workers with Shunda Construction finish up for the day as they do ground work on the site for a new dealership building for MGM Ford Lincoln Sales Ltd. at 3010 Gaetz Ave. The two-storey, 42,615-square-foot facility will give MGM a bigger showroom, boost its service bay count to 32 from 17, and enhance customer amenities. Its Lincoln brand will have its own showroom and lounge. Work on the project, expected to cost between $8 million and $10 million, is expected to wrap up late next year.
