Crews pave a new stretch of trail this week along 19th Street on the south edge of Red Deer. The new trail will run along the south side of 19th Street to Westerner Park from 40th Avenue. A new trail is also being constructed west from the intersection of 22nd Street and 40th Avenue to connect to other existing trails and a new bridge that crosses into Bower.
