Parkland Energy Services Inc. (TSXV:PKE) says it won’t be able to file its audited 2010 financial results by the April 30 deadline.
The company, which currently has an industrial paint and sandblasting operation, said Wednesday it is awaiting information about a foreign resource.
It expects the be up-to-date by June 30.
Parkland Energy has asked provincial securities regulators in Alberta and British Columbia to restrict trading rights of its management and other insiders, until the reports are filed.
Parkland will also file a bi-weekly status report until the statements are filed.
