A construction worker walks through the foyer of Medican’s Sierras Michener Hil, a 148-unit condominium being developed by Medican at Michener Hill. The first 52-unit phase of the project is nearing completion, with all but four of the homes sold and most already occupied. Amenities like the hottub room, exercise facility, library and games room are being finished. In addition to Sierra Michener Hill, Medican is building a 38-unit duplex nearby.
