Al Pasutto Jr., left, owner of The Hideout, chats with chef Mo Saiyad as employees Syfronia Bonnell and Vittorio Grannanfrea try out the Gasoline Alley tavern’s new pool tables. Expected to open later this month, the 9,600-square-foot pub will offer patrons a variety of seating options, a full kitchen, televised sporting events and live original music. It’s located south of Galaxy Cinemas at the corner of Lantern Street and Liberty Avenue. Pasutto is the former director of operations at the Capri Centre, where he oversaw Billy Bob’s, Bellinis and the VLT and Garden Terrace lounges.
