The City of Red Deer says people who want to buy lots in Timberland can do so. The city has serviced all of the lots in Timberlands Phase 1A and lots are ready for construction, says Howard Thompson, city land and economic development manager. Forty per cent of the 114 available lots have been sold. This phase has 79 single family lots, 32 single family narrow lots and three duplex lots.
The rest of the lots are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. People interested in purchasing the lots can contact land and economic development office located on Alexander Way at 4815 48th St.
“Timberlands will accommodate a diverse housing mix with a lot of park spaces and pedestrian pathways throughout the neighbourhood,” Thompson said.
