The Central Alberta Rural Manufacturers Association is offering another opportunity to learn about lean. CARMA’s Lean 101 course will be conducted on March 9 at the Black Knight Inn. The one-day workshop will teach participants the fundamentals of lean production, which minimizes non-value-added activities while emphasizing measures like preventive maintenance and quality improvement programs.
