Tickets are on sale for a Red Deer concert by Nova Scotia fiddler Natalie MacMaster.

The musician who mixes her Cape Breton roots with music from Scotland and Ireland, as well as American bluegrass, will perform on Friday, April 12 at the Memorial Centre.

MacMaster has received several East Coast Music Awards, two Juno Awards, and the Fiddler of the Year designation from the Canadian Country Music Association.

Tickets for her 7:30 p.m. show are $55.35 from the Black Knight Ticket Centre.
