Preparations for this coming weekend’s Central Music Fest are in full swing at the site north of Red Deer. Buzz Vander Vliet who will acting as the porter, hauling music and stage equipment back and forth during the festival, was doing some vacuuming of the main stage Thursday afternoon. The festival can be reached by driving five km north of Hwy 11A on the C&E Trail, then two km west to #20 - 27354 Twp. Rd. 392. It begins Friday evening, 6 p.m., continues on Saturday, 1:00 to 11:30 p.m., and concludes on Sunday, 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. Gates open two hours earlier.
