Award-winning Canadian country singer Terri Clark will entertain fair-goers on Saturday, July 21, at Red Deer’s Westerner Days.

Clark, whose 1995 debut album was a hit-making smash, will perform at the Centrium in a concert that’s free with gate admission.

Clark, who’s had a run of Top 10 singles and has opened for George Strait, has stayed close to her new country beginnings on her latest album, Roots and Wings. It features contemporary country music with a traditional twist.

She’s expected to mix her old hits with new material at the 8:30 p.m. concert (doors open at 7:30 p.m.). Seating will be on a first-come basis.

Other Westerner Days performers at the Centrium are Sawyer Brown on Thursday, July 19, and Nazareth on Friday, July 20. Both concerts are also free to fair-goers.

Only Hedley’s performance on Wednesday, July 18, costs extra, with tickets available through Ticketmaster.
