Over the next two weeks a crew of 14 city staff will work to plant flowers in the 60 flower beds around the city bring a touch of colour to the green spaces including City Hall Park, Red Deer Cemetery, welcome signs, Victory Park, town centre, waste water treatment plant and the CPR island downtown. A total of $35,000 in bedding plants will be used.
