After years of hauling fall yard waste, Jack Wallace has it down to a method whereby it takes him only five minutes to drop off a full truck load. He simply puts down a large tarp in the truck box before he starts filling it up with yard waste, and then pulls the entire load off the truck at the Wast Management Facility. Red Deer residents can drop off unlimited amounts of yard waste at the site until October 16, and it won’t cost them a cent.
