Employees with Concreate USL work to install a barrier between the one remaining traffic lane and the two lanes of the 49th Avenue bridge across the Red Deer River on Monday. Scheduled work on the bridge deck will see a constriction of traffic until Sept. 8 while the workers replace the concrete bridge deck.
