Central Alberta Chamber Orchestra to presents holiday concert

The Central Alberta Chamber Orchestra will host an evening of holiday music and storytelling next month.

There will be a concert fr the whole family at Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd in Red Deer at 7 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 13. The concert will feature a narration of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer by Danica Hoffart.

The program will include performances of works by J.S. Bach, John Rutter and other seasonal favourites, with the goal of evoking the warmth and wonder of the holiday season.

In addition to Hoffart, vocalists Sharon Braun and David Gibbons will be special guests at the concert, as well as the Red Deer Chamber Singers, which will deliver choral arrangements.
