The Christmas Bureau opened Monday and is accepting applications for assistance from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily.
Families and individuals who have been accepted into the program are welcome to pick up their hampers starting Nov. 30.
The Christmas Bureau, in its 48th year, offers food and gift hampers to individuals and families as well as providing families with Christmas trees and decorations for the festive season.
Donations to the program can be made at retail locations throughout the city and at the Red Deer Christmas Bureau location, at 7429 – 49 Ave. , across from the Cosmos Bottle Depot.
