Mineral build-up and sediment needs to be periodically flushed out in order to maintain good water quality.

During this period, you may notice your water has become cloudy. The cloudy water is not a health concern and can be cleared by running your cold water taps for 10 to 20 minutes, the city advises.

Any questions or concerns can be directed to Environmental Services at 403-342-8750.
