A Pidherney’s Construction trackhoe knocks down brush along what was 55th Street between Gaetz and 54th Avenues on Tuesday. Now owned by the developers of Elements at River’s Edge, the clearing will make way for construction of the 120,000-square-foot, five-storey building featuring residential and commercial space budgeted at $28 million.
