The Red Deer and District Community Foundation is now taking applications for board members.
Members serve three-year terms on the Community Foundation Board.
The deadline for application packages including a resume and statement about furthering the goals of the organization is 4:30 p.m. on March 21.

Board members are responsible for establishing strategic focus, implementing the fund development plan; making policy and investment decisions; attending board meetings and other duties.
The board of directors meet six times a year and the standing board committees meet several times a year.
