The 2,400-square-foot dream home up for grabs in the 2011 Red Deer Regional Health Foundation Hospital Lottery can now be toured by visiting the new community of Southbrook.

Like its grand prize predecessors from past Hospital Lotteries, the True-Line home (valued at $708,000) is loaded with nearly every luxury the local builder offers.

Upon entering the front foyer, it is clear that one of the key features of the home is an open space concept. The foyer features a 12-foot ceiling and the rest of the rooms all have at least a nine-foot clearance.

The entire house is completed with cork and tile floors, and quartz and Corian counter tops.

The attached garage comes equipped with an overhead heater and is decorated with a casino theme, and although it has to be imagined right now, a fully-landscaped yard with an irrigation system is included in the package.

Also, the guts of the dream home are packed with technology. A TV is mounted inside the mirror of the master en suite bathroom and a state-of-the-art sound system, security system, as well as a continuous hot water system are piped throughout the home’s three floors.

Proceeds from this year’s Hospital Lottery go toward the purchase of 18 new beside monitors for the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre’s intensive care unit.

Tickets are $25 each, five for $100 or 15 for $250 and can be purchased by calling 403-340-1878 (or toll free 1-877-808-9005), online at hospitalslottery.com, or in person at the RDHR Foundation Office on the main floor of the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre (3942 50A Ave.).

You can also buy tickets at the dream home and take a tour by visiting 52 Sisson Ave. every Saturday and Sunday between noon and 5 p.m. until the final draw on June 24.
