Dusty days

A City of Red Deer public works water tanker precedes a skid steer-mounted sweeper as they make their way along Taylor Drive Wednesday. The city has begun its spring street cleaning of boulevards and medians on main arterial roads and will continue the work until all roadways in the city have been cleaned of sand, gravel and debris from the winter months. Each day, over the next 40 days, the city is planning to sweep medians and boulevards from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. and each evening, from 7 p.m.
