Mayor Morris Flewwelling serves up some watermelon to Ruth Turner, Dianna Powell, Loraie Dallke and Shirley Miller during a garden party at City Hall Park on Wednesday. The annual, free garden party hosted by the city featured refreshments reminiscent of Victorian garden parties and live entertainment.
